The conference will take place in the four-star Q HOTEL PLUS WROCŁAW (link) in Wrocław - the capital of Lower Silesian Voivodeship (administrative province) located in south-western Poland.

A few notes how to pronounce names in polish:
- the letter J / j in polish is pronounced like first letter in english word Yeti,
- the letter W / w is pronounced like first letter in english word Voice,

- the letter Ł / ł (it is not T/t (!), it is line trough letter L/l) is pronounced like first letter in english word Wood,

The Main Railway Station in Wroclaw is called (in Polish) Wrocław Główny (not using national diacritical marks: Wroclaw Glowny). - By bus - the quite fast and not very expensive bus connections (mainly country connections but also from several cities from other countries - e.g. Berlin, Prague, Vienna, etc.) can be found here:

By taxi
There are several taxi companies in Wroclaw - e.g. see: http://airport.wroclaw.pl/en/passager/getting-here/by-taxi/
The three have a contract with Wroclaw airport (can use Taxi area) however can be more expensive.
Note: If you want use taxi pleae consider to order a taxi by phone (e.g. MPT, Ryba Taxi, Radio Taxi, Eko Taxi, etc.).
The taxi can stop in front of airport entrance for a short time. -
By city bus/tram
From the airport you can get to the Wroclaw Main Railway/Bus station or (even better) one stop earlier near Renoma department store

- night bus No. 206 operates on the same route,
- it is also available special Wro Airport Express bus: here same info - it stops near Wroclaw Main Railway station only.

The Q Hotel Plus is 900 m away from Renoma bus/tram stop. You can reach it also by tram no. 6, 7, 14, 20 - two tram stops.
The tickets can be bought in the vending machine at many bus/tram stops and in kiosks.
From Renoma you can choose the trip by foot - it is about 900m of stright walk.

By city bus/tram
The Wroclaw Main Railway is qiute close to the hotel (about 2 tram stops away). You can choose different options. The dimplest three withe bus/tram numbers are shown on images below.
The Main Railway is 1km away the G Hotel Plus. You can also choose the trip by foot if you fill it is ok. for you.
